Service Delivery Manager Support (Outsource Operations) The Opportunity • This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the leading banks • This will be a 12-months contract role Responsibilities • Manage the day-to day supervision and oversight of the outsourcing arrangement, supporting Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to ensure performance standards are fulfilled and met by the outsourced service provider and its subcontractor(s) according to the service level agreement • Follow-up on user enquiries / customer complaints relating to the outsourced arrangement • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and their customers' needs to recommend solutions to improve existing operations or meet new business, operational or customer service needs • Monitor performance against SLA, cost and budget • Provide support to invoice validation, processing and settlement of outsourcing agreement • Review processes and identify areas for improvement and risk control • Provide operational support to BUs for new initiatives Requirements • Demonstrate critical thinking and ability to suggest improvements and identify risks • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of staff and external parties • Strong people-relations and influencing skills • Strong service orientation and professional work attitude and ability to prioritize, and manage internal client’s expectations • A highly organized individual Next Steps • Prepare your updated resume and send it to amos.tan@adecco.com • We regret to inform only shortlisted candidates will be contacted Amos Tan Jun Han EA Licence Number: 91C2918 Personnel Registration Number: R23113385
