About this role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow PSDS Developer to design, configure, and develop Case Management System (CSM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work within the Platform & Service Delivery Solutions team to build scalable, high-quality service management capabilities that streamline case workflows, automate processes, and improve service delivery across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop ServiceNow CSM modules including Case Management, Agent Workspace, and Service Portal • Configure and customize workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer automations • Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow CSM and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub • Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the ServiceNow PSDS framework • Develop and maintain Update Sets, Application Scopes, and deployment pipelines across dev/test/prod instances • Support data migration, instance upgrades, and patch management activities • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders during requirements gathering and solution design • Write and maintain technical documentation including design specs, test plans, and runbooks • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform governance standards • Provide Level 3 support for CSM-related incidents and enhancements Required Qualifications • 4-5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience • Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) module configuration and development • Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide API • Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Business Rules • Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and security concepts • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub spokes • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies • Holds a valid ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification or equivalent Nice to Have • Exposure to ATF (Automated Test Framework) and performance analytics • Knowledge of CMDB and service mapping • Experience in a PSDS or managed services delivery environment or public sector This is a contract role: 10 months + 1 year
