About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to implement and support IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role requires strong expertise in ITSM modules, platform configuration, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices. Key Responsibilities• Implement and support ITSM modules on the ServiceNow platform • Configure and manage Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules • Maintain and enhance Configuration Management Database (CMDB) • Develop and configure workflows, business rules, and client scripts • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and tools • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions • Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices Requirements• Experience: Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience • Employment Type: Permanent • Work Mode: Onsite • Location: Singapore • Eligibility: Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only Must-Have• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation and support • Strong expertise in Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog • Experience in ServiceNow administration and CMDB management • Experience with workflows, business rules, and client scripts • Knowledge of integrations with external systems • Good understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices Core Skills & Expertise• IT Service Management (ITSM) • Incident, Problem & Change Management • Knowledge Management • Service Catalog • CMDB • Workflow Automation • ServiceNow Administration • Business Rules & Client Scripts • Integrations (REST/SOAP) • Requirement Gathering & Solution Design • ITIL Framework
