About this role
Location-One North Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and support Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, PECI, WECI, and RaaS. • Lead end-to-end integration delivery, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance. • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, implementing robust monitoring and error handling. • Collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. • Manage integration security, reporting, access controls, and governance standards. • Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices. • Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and support capability development. • Prepare technical documentation and communicate integration designs, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders. Key Requirements • 6+ years of Workday Integration experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations. • Certified in Workday Integration Core and/or Workday Studio. • Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, PECI, WECI, RaaS, Custom Reports, and Security. • Experience designing, developing, troubleshooting, and supporting complex integrations. • Good understanding of Workday HCM processes, integration governance, and security. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
