Role Overview We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Technical Analyst with hands on experience in the HR Service Delivery HRSD & CSM module. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow platform configuration, HR workflows, and at least 3 full lifecycle HRSD implementations. This role involves working closely with HR and IT teams to design, build, and support scalable HR service solutions. Key Responsibilities • Lead and support end to end implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery solutions Configure HRSD modules including Case Management, Employee Center, HR Services, and Lifecycle Events • Participate in at least 3 full lifecycle HRSD & CSM implementations from requirement gathering to deployment and support • Design and configure workflows, business rules, UI policies, catalog items, and automation scripts • Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with external HR systems and enterprise applications • Customize ServiceNow HRSD applications using best practices and platform standards • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into ServiceNow solutions • Analyze existing HR processes and recommend improvements using ServiceNow capabilities Design scalable and efficient HR service workflows • Implement integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware tools • Ensure seamless data flow between HR systems, payroll systems, and ServiceNow platform • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement of HRSD modules • Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability and compliance • Documentation and Best Practices • Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and process workflow. Requirements • Minimum 5 to 8 years of IT experience • At least 3 end to end ServiceNow HRSD implementation lifecycle experience is mandatory • Strong experience in ServiceNow platform with focus on HR Service Delivery module • Hands on experience in Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, Business Rules, Script Includes, and • Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model and platform architecture • Experience with REST and SOAP integrations • Good understanding of HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle events, and case management • Familiarity with enterprise HR systems and workflows • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to work in cross functional teams • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist HRSD certification preferred • Experience in large enterprise ServiceNow implementations Exposure to other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM or CSM is an advantage
