Job Description: • Lead the design and delivery of a scalable, future-ready HR technology landscape for a complex, global enterprise operating across multiple business clusters, legal entities, and joint ventures. • The role will define and drive a target-state HR architecture across multiple SAP SuccessFactors instances, legacy systems, and fragmented HR tools, enabling a transition toward an intelligent, data-driven HR operating model. Key Responsibilities: 1. Enterprise HR Architecture & Transformation • Define end-to-end HR solution architecture across multiple SuccessFactors instances, legacy systems, and manual processes. • Establish a harmonized global HR architecture while accommodating regional and legal entity differences. • Lead architecture strategy for consolidation, simplification, and scalability across business clusters. • Including defining contingency integration architecture for scenarios where necessary. • Translate business priorities into a technology-enabled HR transformation roadmap. 2. Multi-Instance SAP SuccessFactors Strategy • Assess and rationalize multiple SAP SF instances, identifying consolidation or federation opportunities. • Design integration and data architecture across instances and a multi-system ecosystem spanning payroll, ITSM, finance, time management, and regional HR platforms. • Establish standards for configuration, extensibility, and governance. 3. HR Process Enablement & Digitization • Architect solutions to digitize and standardize HR processes across geographies and entities. • Enable automation, case management (ServiceNow as primary platform), and workflow modernization, including design of SF to ServiceNow integration for HR service delivery. • Define process standards and digital service delivery models. 4. Data, AI & Digital Experience Enablement • Drive HR data architecture, harmonization, and governance to ensure high-quality, consistent data. • Configure and enable in-scope GenAI-assisted features including Joule (MSS quick actions), including any agentic frameworks and Talent Intelligence Hub skills standardization and establish architecture patterns for future GenAI extension. • Design data models and flows to support advanced analytics and productivity insights. 5. Integration & Ecosystem Architecture Define architecture for integration across: • SAP ecosystem (SF modules). • Non-SAP HR tools and platforms. • Experience in SAP CPI/BTP as the primary integration middleware platform. • Manual processes and legacy systems. • Lead selection and design of integration patterns (API, middleware, event-driven). 6. Business Value Realization Align architecture decisions to core business outcomes: • Improved HR and business productivity. • Reduced total cost of ownership (TCO) and HR cost-per-head ratio. • Enhanced data quality to enable digital innovation. • Improved employee and manager experience. • Establish KPIs and value tracking mechanisms. 7. Stakeholder & Governance Leadership • Work with global HR, IT, and business stakeholders across clusters and regions including engagement with Change Advisory Board (CAB) governance processes for foundation object and structural changes. • Lead architecture governance, design authority, and decision-making forums. • Provide thought leadership and advisory across complex transformation programs. Requirements: Experience: • 10+ years in HR technology, with deep SAP SuccessFactors expertise. • Proven experience as a Solution Architect on large-scale, global HR transformation programs. Experience handling: • Multi-instance SAP SF landscapes. • Global organizations with multiple legal entities and joint ventures. • HR operating model transformation and process digitization. Functional & Technical Expertise Strong knowledge of: • Breadth knowledge across all in-scope SF modules: Employee Central, Compensation & Variable Pay, Recruiting, LMS, Performance & Goals, Succession & CDP, and Time Management. EC Payroll (preferred although not required). • HR process standardization and operating models. • Familiarity with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) integration architecture and data flows between UKG and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Experience with: • Integration architecture (SAP CPI / middleware). • Familiarity with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow) and programme/project management disciplines across large-scale HR transformation programmes. • Data architecture and governance. • HR automation and digital workflows. Transformation & Innovation Strong understanding of: • HR digital transformation trends and maturity models. • Application of AI / GenAI in HR (conceptual to practical). • Hands-on familiarity with SAP Joule configuration and Talent Intelligence Hub (skills standardization) is advantageous given their inclusion in project scope. • Intelligent automation and emerging HR technology. Leadership & Consulting Skills Ability to: • Translate ambiguous business challenges into structured solutions. • Influence senior stakeholders across geographies and functions. • Lead cross-functional teams and decisions across multiple workstreams. Required Qualifications: • SAP SuccessFactors certifications (EC, Architect, Integration). • SAP Activate certified or equivalent SAP implementation methodology certification. • Experience in highly regulated or complex global industries. • Exposure to M&A, carve-outs, or multi-entity harmonization.
