About this role
Responsibilities • Process customer orders and coordinate with factories for fulfilment • Prepare and manage shipping and export documentation • Liaise with factories, freight forwarders, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth deliveries • Track shipment status and ensure timely delivery to customers • Coordinate with logistics partners on transportation arrangements • Verify freight and logistics invoices for payment processing • Maintain logistics records and shipment databases • Monitor production schedules and shipment timelines • Support logistics reporting and analysis • Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, shipping, export operations, or sales administration • Experience in FMCG industry is preferred • Prior shipping or export documentation experience is highly advantageous • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadline Interested Applicants, Please click apply now or Whatsapp me at 8792 4136 Ellen Lee Wei Xin R2198644 Revup Proservices Pte Ltd EA.24C2366
