About this role
1. Responsible for daily on-site construction supervision, strictly implement construction works in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications and project schedules, ensure construction quality, progress and safety meet project requirements. 2. On-site resource management, reasonably arrange construction workers, subcontractors and mechanical equipment, optimize manpower and material allocation, reduce construction waste. 3. Conduct construction technical briefings, check material entry acceptance, measurement setting-out and concealed engineering inspection, timely discover and solve on-site technical and construction problems. 4. Strictly comply with Singapore WSH (Workplace Safety and Health) regulations, implement on-site safety management, supervise construction safety operations, eliminate potential safety hazards, and ensure zero safety accidents on site. 5. Arrange daily site attendance checking, record construction logs, sort out project change documents, quantity statistics and other on-site materials, complete daily, weekly and monthly progress reports and submit to the project manager regularly. 6. Coordinate communication among project teams, supervisors, designers and subcontractors, properly handle on-site construction disputes and emergency situations to ensure smooth project progress. 7. Assist in site civilized construction and daily management, supervise on-site construction discipline, and standardize on-site operation procedures.
