You’ll be working on beauty & wellness brands, helping us drive leads, bookings, and sales through paid media. What You’ll Be Working On • Plan, launch, and manage ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant platforms • Turn campaign ideas into actual results — leads, bookings, and sales • Test different creatives, audiences, and angles to improve performance • Monitor campaigns regularly and make data-backed adjustments • Work closely with the creative team to develop ads that convert • Review performance and share insights to improve future campaigns • Keep an eye on trends and explore new opportunities within the beauty space Key Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Performance Marketing • Develop and run full-funnel campaigns (awareness → consideration → conversion) • Set up and optimise campaigns on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads • Manage budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and placements • Structure campaigns properly for scalability and tracking Optimisation & Testing • Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages • Continuously improve key metrics such as: • • Cost Per Lead (CPL) • Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) • Click-Through Rate (CTR) • Conversion Rate • Balance both lead quality and volume to support reasonable business goals Analytics & Reporting • Track and analyse campaign performance • Prepare weekly reports with clear insights and recommendations • Spot issues early and optimise proactively Creative & Strategy Collaboration • Work with the content and creative team on high-performing ad creatives • Provide direction on messaging, hooks, and angles based on data • Suggest improvements to landing pages and funnels Growth & Scaling • Stay updated on platform changes and new ad formats • Monitor competitors within the beauty & wellness space • Build simple SOPs and maintain clean campaign structure for scaling Who This Role Is Suitable For • Background in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or similar • Interest in beauty, wellness, or retail (you keep up with trends naturally) • Experience in performance marketing or media buying • Hands-on experience with: • • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) • TikTok Ads • Able to generate leads and conversions through paid campaigns • Comfortable working with data and making decisions from it • Understands customer journeys and marketing funnels • Familiar with tracking tools, analytics, and optimisation techniques Bonus (Nice to Have) • Experience with LinkedIn Ads or Google Performance Max • Worked on beauty, skincare, or wellness campaigns • Interest in additional channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Reddit, Google) • Familiar with pricing or offer testing • Experience scaling campaigns or launching new products PERKS: • Flexible hours to fit around your schedule. • A chance to work in a fun and creative environment where your ideas will be valued and seen. • Great for building up your portfolio with real-world experience that makes an impact. • We're very open to fun and creative ideas!
