Job DescriptionWe are looking for a driven and creative Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing efforts in the accounting and property sectors. This role goes beyond basic social media management — you will be involved in content creation, paid advertising, and lead generation strategies. Key Responsibilities• Manage and grow company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) • Create engaging content (posts, captions, short videos, carousels) aligned with accounting and property themes • Plan and execute consistent and recurring content strategies • Run and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram • Conduct A/B testing on ads (creatives, copy, targeting) to optimise performance • Generate and track leads through digital campaigns • Monitor analytics and prepare basic performance reports • Engage with audience (comments, messages, inquiries) professionally Requirements• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field • Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and lead generation • Basic understanding of paid ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads) is a plus • Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g. Canva) • Analytical mindset with willingness to learn A/B testing and optimisation • Good communication and writing skills • Self-motivated and able to work independently Preferred Skills (Good to Have)• Experience running paid ads or managing social media accounts • Knowledge of lead funnels and conversion strategies • Basic video editing (Reels / short-form content) • Interest in finance, accounting, or real estate What You Will Gain• Hands-on experience in performance marketing and lead generation • Exposure to real campaigns in accounting and property sectors • Build a strong, results-driven marketing portfolio
