Key Responsibilities Plan, launch & optimise digital campaigns across IG, TikTok, Shopee, Meta & Google Host TikTok or Shopee livestreams confidently, using storytelling and product education to drive conversions Prep livestreaming ops — draft scripts, build assets, coordinate with stream team, plan hooks Create high-converting short-form content (Reels, TikToks, IG Stories) — aesthetic, witty, bold Run and optimise paid ads across Meta, TikTok and Google — know your ROAS from your CAC Analyse funnel performance — track CTR, CVR, CAC, AOV, revenue attribution, and plug funnel leaks Manage email & WhatsApp marketing — write catchy copy, set up flows, do weekly campaign sends Support content production — coordinate with designers, UGC creators, and plan photoshoots Reply to DMs, comments, and spark engagement — you’ll be the brand’s voice and vibe Stay on top of trends — test new formats, hooks and strategies weekly Assist with influencer campaigns — shortlists, briefs, comms, reposts Collaborate on campaigns & launches — from juicy new products to viral ideas Support brand events — roadshows, pop-ups, and activation planning Maintain the marketing calendar — ensure alignment across platforms Post & monitor content on all platforms (IG, Shopee, TikTok, Threads, Telegram) ⸻ Who We’re Looking For 1 years experience in digital/performance marketing (e-commerce preferred) Comfortable being on camera or livestreaming — must be confident and charming Strong in IG reels, TikTok content, and editing UGC-style short-form videos You understand how to run & optimise Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads You get e-commerce metrics and how to scale with intention Independent, fast-paced, cheeky and love working in a feminine-first brand Bonus if you’ve worked with Shopee campaigns, Klaviyo, or influencer marketing You have good vibes, a sense of humour, and love making content that pops ⸻ Why Join Foxy?
