Software Engineer (Ai/Python/Node.js)

Location: Jurong East Working hours: Mon-Fri, Office hours What You’ll Do • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies (React/Python/Node.js) • Build and enhance chat-based user interfaces and backend services to support business workflows • Develop APIs, system integrations, and application logic for cloud-native platforms • Implement and customise LLM-powered and AI-driven applications • Deploy, maintain, and support applications on AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and DynamoDB • Prepare and maintain technical documentation for application development, deployment, and operational support What We’re Looking For • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields • Min. 4 years of experience in software engineering or full-stack development • Proficiency in frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript • Experience in backend development using Python and/or Node.js • Familiarity with APIs, authentication mechanisms, and system integrations • Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services such as S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB • Good understanding of application security, access controls, logging, and CI/CD practices • AWS Cloud or AI-related certifications will be an added advantage Why Apply? • Opportunity to work on impactful AI and cloud initiatives within the government sector • Exposure to modern AI, LLM, and cloud-native technologies • Collaborative and innovation-driven environment By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
