About the Role We are seeking an experienced professional with deep expertise in SWIFT-related business domains (standards, payments, and securities) and good technical knowledge in trading systems. This role will provide subject matter expertise on SWIFT flows, oversee technical design reviews, and ensure infrastructure architecture aligns with business and operational requirements. You will act as the Point-of-Contact (POC) for third-party SWIFT technical teams, guiding implementation planning and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery. Job scopes • Provide in-depth expertise in SWIFT business and technical flows. • Review and oversee SWIFT infrastructure architecture blueprints in collaboration with cross-functional IT and operations teams. • Act as POC with third-party SWIFT technical teams, offering guidance on infrastructure implementation planning. • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure resource availability. • Lead business process modelling with process owners and third-party teams, ensuring automation and adoption. • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for analysts and developers. • Review and develop test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage. • Provide arbitration and subject matter expertise when requirements conflicts arise. • Advise on best practices and guide implementation planning. Job Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial services, mainly in a technical business lead role. • Good background in banking operations, back-office processes, or system integration. • Extensive knowledge of SWIFT products and applications: Alliance Gateway, Alliance Access, WebAccess, SWIFTNet, FIN messaging, ISO 20022. • Deep understanding of payments and securities messaging flows. • Familiarity with SWIFT’s Customer Security Program (CSP) and proposed controls. • Experience with BPM tools and process automation. • Excellent knowledge of IT technology stacks in medium to large-scale implementations. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Highly organized, able to work independently in fast-paced environments, and adhere to governance processes.
