The opportunity What you will be doing• Delivering sports massage and soft tissue therapy to a structured client caseload via our Mindbody booking system • Conducting intake assessments and maintaining clear SOAP notes for every session • Collaborating with our physiotherapy and Pilates teams on integrated client care plans • Building a loyal client base through outstanding clinical outcomes and genuine care • Participating in studio education sessions and CPD activities • Upholding the studio's standards for hygiene, professionalism, and client experience Compensation How you will be paidOur commission model is designed so strong performers consistently earn more than a fixed monthly salary. • Commission-based • Tiered by experience • Earning potential - Uncapped Exact commission percentages are shared at the interview stage. Rates are reviewed annually and increase with demonstrated performance and additional qualifications. Requirements What we need from youMust-have • Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident • Minimum ITEC, CIBTAC, WSQ, or equivalent sports/remedial massage diploma • Minimum 1 year of hands-on clinical or studio experience • Strong anatomical knowledge and understanding of injury mechanisms • Professionalism, punctuality, and a genuine passion for client outcomes Strongly preferred • Degree or advanced diploma in Sports Science, Sports Therapy, or Physiotherapy (assistant) • Certifications in dry needling, cupping, kinesio-taping, or fascial techniques • Experience working alongside physiotherapists or in a clinical rehabilitation setting Not a fit if • You have or plan to maintain an external private massage practice (exclusivity clause applies) • You hold only a spa or beauty massage qualification with no clinical component • You are not authorised to work in Singapore Why join us What Focus Movement offers• A structured, fully booked caseload — we fill your diary so you can focus on the work • A premium, clinical environment with proper equipment and hygienic treatment rooms • Genuine career progression — therapists who perform are recognised and rewarded • CPD investment: access to internal education and preferred rates on external courses • Collaborative team culture with physiotherapists, Pilates instructors, and movement specialists • Complimentary studio access for your own training and recovery Ready to apply?
