Sr. manager - Global Delivery Assurance & Risk Governance

• Lead enterprise-wide delivery assurance, risk governance, and quality oversight across a portfolio of complex, multi-country transformation programs within the Asia-Pacific region. • Provide independent, executive-level governance across large-scale consulting engagements, ensuring structured execution, financial integrity, and proactive risk mitigation throughout the end-to-end program lifecycle. • Establish and institutionalize global delivery governance frameworks, driving standardization of methodologies, controls, and assurance practices across geographically distributed delivery teams. • Drive predictive risk management through data-led monitoring, enabling early risk detection, escalation, and resolution to safeguard delivery outcomes and commercial performance. • Partner with senior stakeholders across APAC, Europe, and Japan to align regional delivery execution with global governance standards, strategic priorities, and enterprise risk frameworks. • Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to senior leadership, providing transparency on program health, financial exposure, and delivery performance to support informed decision-making. • Strengthen organizational delivery maturity by embedding governance discipline, enhancing quality benchmarks, and driving consistency in delivery practices across the region. • Ensure transformation programs are executed with transparency, accountability, and commercial rigor, reinforcing delivery excellence and protecting enterprise value at scale.
