Staff Specialist Logistics

Key responsibilities in your new role • Leading and managing a team of outsourced 3PL warehouse and logistics personnel from the designated service provider to facilitate inbound & outbound activities, covering receiving processing and customer order fulfilment operations and transactions via the Infineon Systems (i.e. ERP SAP, P88 SAP, PIF SAP, Assist 4, PIO SAP). • Maintain inventory full transparency and accuracy thru respective system transactions and cargo movement reporting. • Manage and control assets onsite at the designated 3PL warehouse. • Ensure all external partner personnel adhere to the official and approved operational procedure, safety, health, security and quality policies. • Communication & complaint handling with internal and external stakeholders. • Take ownership of contractual key performance indicators (KPIs). • Collaborate with cross function partners within the Logistics Functions to ensure any and all improvement initiatives are supported. Your profile Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed • Minimum 10 years of working experience in Warehouse Management with SAP System. • Well-versed in transaction processing using SAP. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, proactive and meticulous. • Ability to analyze data and recognise improvement opportunities.Key responsibilities in your new role
