Job Summary Role: Staffing Partner Start: ASAP Duration: 12 Months Location: Singapore We are seeking a proactive and analytical Staffing Partner/Resource Management Specialist to support workforce planning, staffing operations, and resource optimization across business units. This role is responsible for aligning talent supply with business demand, ensuring efficient resource allocation, improving workforce utilization, and supporting staffing strategies that drive operational excellence. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Delivery, Sales, Talent Acquisition, HR, and Business Operations teams to support staffing activities, maintain workforce visibility, and ensure the right talent is deployed to the right opportunities while minimizing bench time and maximizing business performance. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Analytics, Management, or a related discipline. - Minimum 4 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Planning, Staffing Operations, Workforce Analytics, or a similar function within an IT, consulting, technology, or professional services environment. - Strong understanding of workforce planning, resource allocation, staffing operations, and utilization management. - Experience working with multiple stakeholders across Delivery, Sales, Talent Acquisition, HR, and Business Operations. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and provide actionable insights. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including Pivot Tables, lookups, formulas, and data analysis. - Experience working with resource management systems, staffing platforms, or workforce planning tools is highly advantageous. - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and make sound decisions under pressure. - Self-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of data accuracy and operational excellence. Roles and Responsibilities: Workforce Planning & Resource Allocation - Support short- and mid-term workforce planning by maintaining rolling staffing forecasts based on project demand, resource availability, attrition, and hiring plans. - Partner with delivery and business teams to align staffing requirements with available talent and business priorities. - Maintain visibility of workforce capacity, skills inventory, and resource availability to support staffing decisions. - Assist in implementing workforce strategies, including build, buy, and borrow approaches, to meet evolving business needs. - Serve as a key point of contact for employees regarding staffing assignments and resource allocation. Resource Optimization & Staffing Operations - Monitor bench utilization and proactively identify redeployment opportunities to maximize billable utilization. - Support talent matching by maintaining accurate employee profiles, skills inventories, and staffing data. - Assist in pre-sales staffing activities by identifying suitable internal talent for project opportunities. - Track workforce utilization metrics and support initiatives to reduce revenue leakage and improve staffing efficiency. - Maintain resource management systems and ensure staffing information remains accurate and up to date. Operational Excellence & Governance - Ensure data accuracy and integrity across resource management systems and project assignments. - Monitor staffing KPIs such as fulfillment rates, resource utilization, and staffing turnaround times. - Identify staffing risks, resource gaps, and potential delivery challenges while working with stakeholders to implement solutions. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by promoting process standardization, automation, and adoption of AI-enabled tools. - Prepare workforce reports, dashboards, and staffing analytics to support business planning and decision-making. Cross-functional Collaboration - Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to provide workforce insights and support hiring strategies. - Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to identify upskilling opportunities based on future resource demand. - Work closely with HR, Finance, Sales, and Delivery teams to support workforce mobility, engagement, and operational planning. - Build strong working relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and staffing execution.
