About this role
Roles & Responsibilities: · Trained to handle full outlet operations in the first 3 to 6 months which includes backend kitchen duties, front end customer services, tea making procedure, product quality assurance, manpower planning and cost controlling. · Upon being proficient in the outlet operations, you will be move on to understand more on inventory management, business development and administrative support functions. · To be responsible to uphold outlet hygiene, maintenance and pest control requirements according to SFA, NEA and company guidelines. · You will have the chance to attend training courses in Taiwan or Singapore that will equip with essential expertise to perform management positions. · You will be in charge of managing a small team of service crew and supervising their responsibilities at the outlet level. · Other duties as assigned by superior. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any field. · No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided. · Pleasant disposition and good personal hygiene. · Passionate to be part of the F&B industry. · Excellent and positive service attitude. · Team player and self-motivated. · Able to work shifts, weekends, the eve of public holidays and public holidays.
