Key Responsibilities• Serve as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance and support across the employee lifecycle. • Implement and administer HR policies, programs, and initiatives that align with organizational goals and promote a positive employee experience. • Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, grievance management, and workplace engagement initiatives. • Partner closely with managers to provide coaching and advice on performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. • Drive recruitment and talent acquisition activities to attract and retain top talent. • Promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment through the consistent application of HR best practices and policies. • Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes, improve employee engagement, and support overall business performance. • Collaborate with regional and corporate HR stakeholders to implement strategic people initiatives and organizational development programs. • Contribute to workforce planning, HR strategy development, and key business initiatives as a valued member of the management team. • Support ad-hoc HR projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Requirements• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline. • At least 2 years of relevant Human Resources experience. • Strong knowledge of employee relations, HR policies, and people management practices. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization. • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
