Job Summary The Strategic Leadership Intern will train for six months and work closely with the Executive Director on impactful projects, gaining exposure to executive decision-making. Permanent roles with clear career progression will be offered to selected intern at the end of this internship. Responsibilities • Plan and execute projects that scale operations and enhance service delivery • Apply digital tools and strategies to support organisational transformation and improve efficiency • Coordinate cross-sector partnerships to integrate new services and expand community impact • Engage community stakeholders to build and sustain meaningful partnerships and support networks • Develop and implement fundraising and branding strategies to increase organisational visibility and resources • Manage funding, programme development, and charity-related activities ensuring alignment with organisational goals • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to charity governance, HR, and financial accounts • Facilitate effective collaboration between internal teams and external partners to achieve project objectives
