Join a dynamic HR team where you will play a key role in shaping recruitment strategies, partnering with stakeholders, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Key Responsibilities • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities. • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through various channels, including job portals, networking platforms, agencies, and educational institutions. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support. • Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate suitability against role requirements. • Perform reference checks and facilitate the selection process with hiring stakeholders. • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience. • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Collaborate with external recruitment partners and service providers to support hiring initiatives. • Support internship and graduate hiring programmes, including onboarding and engagement activities. • Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices to enhance talent acquisition strategies. • Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with employment regulations and internal policies. • Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate records within HR systems. • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the HR and Talent Acquisition function. Requirements • Diploma or Degree from a recognised institution. • Prior experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources functions. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP systems. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
