Key Responsibilities• Support the planning and execution of community engagement initiatives, including workshops, networking sessions, training programmes, and forums. • Coordinate end-to-end programme and event logistics, ensuring smooth delivery and positive participant experiences. • Build and nurture engagement through strategic initiatives, content development, and knowledge-sharing activities. • Monitor programme participation, engagement metrics, budgets, and reporting to support effective programme outcomes. • Develop communication materials such as newsletters, event content, and community updates. • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance community engagement and programme effectiveness. • Streamline administrative processes to ensure efficient programme management and delivery. Requirements• Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related disciplines. • 3–5 years of relevant experience in programme management, community engagement, event management, communications, or similar functions. • Experience managing workshops, events, training programmes, or community initiatives from planning through execution. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. • Excellent organisational and project coordination skills with strong attention to detail. • Proficiency in managing programme reporting, tracking engagement outcomes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. • Exposure to product management environments or technology-related communities will be advantageous.
