Structural Engineer - (2 years Renewal)

Role OverviewResponsible for structural design coordination, shop drawing review, and temporary works design for MRT construction projects, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and project requirements. Key Responsibilities• Review design packages and prepare/approve shop drawings for RC structural works and temporary works (e.g. strut, waler) • Coordinate structural design with consultants, accredited checkers, architects, and construction teams • Liaise with authorities when required • Design temporary works (scaffolding, formwork, falsework, etc.) • Support project team in resolving design-related issues • Manage and address production, quality, design, and scheduling issues • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil & structural engineering • Mandatory experience in infrastructure projects (LTA preferred) • Experience in underground / roadway projects is an advantage • Strong experience in design coordination with consultants • Proficient in STAAD, AutoCAD / MicroStation • Good understanding of local authority requirements -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
