Student Care Coach

We are looking for caring, responsible, and energetic individuals to join our student care team in guiding and supporting primary school children after school. Job Responsibilities • Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students • Guide students in homework and spelling preparation • Conduct classroom management and daily routines • Create lesson plans and conduct engaging lessons and activities • Plan and support event celebrations, holiday programmes, and enrichment activities • Conduct simple crafts, games, and hands-on learning activities • Maintain a positive and nurturing learning environment • Communicate with parents and team members when needed • Assist in general centre operations and upkeep Requirements • Enjoy working with children • Patient, responsible, and able to manage a group of students • Creative and able to conduct engaging activities for children • Able to communicate in English and Chinese • Experience in student care, tuition, teaching, or childcare preferred • Students waiting for school admission may apply Working Hours (To be discussed depending on full-time or part-time role) What We Offer • Friendly and supportive work environment • Small team culture • Opportunities to learn and grow • Meaningful work impacting children’s learning and character  Interested applicants may send your resume to mail.mctpcsm@gmail.com Please include: • Expected salary $2000 - $3000 • Availability • Relevant experience working with children
