STUDENT CARE MENTOR (PART TIME)

Ideal candidates will be responsible, independent, and resilient, with qualities that foster a supportive learning environment. Candidates will have the following traits: • A passion for working with and mentoring primary school children. • Strong classroom management skills. • Patient, cheerful, responsible, resourceful, and motivated. • Strong proficiency in Primary School subjects. • Prior experience working with children is an advantage but not required. • Ability to guide students in Chinese homework is a strong plus. Roles and Responsibilities• Escort children safely from nearby schools to the student care centre. • Ensure a safe, clean, and disciplined classroom environment that is conducive to learning. • Guide and supervise children to complete their homework and spelling practice in a small group setting. • Conduct holiday and enrichment programs (e.g., arts & crafts, educational games, and field trips). • Build positive and open relationships with parents • Help children with their school work. Work Schedule• Part-Time : Monday – Friday, 12:30 PM – 6:00 PM
