STUDENT CARE MENTOR Part Time

Role Overview We are looking for a passionate and patient Part-Time Mentor who is bilingual in English and Mandarin. The primary responsibility is to support students in their daily academic work, especially homework supervision and spelling practice, while creating a positive and encouraging learning environment. Key Responsibilities • Supervise students to complete daily school homework • Conduct English and Chinese spelling practice • Build positive relationships with students by providing guidance and encouragement • Maintain a calm, structured, and supportive classroom environment • Monitor student behavior and emotional well-being to address needs promptly • Support centre programs and themed activities as required • Assist with daily classroom routines and manage student safety and well-being at all times • Support general centre operations to ensure smooth functioning Requirements • Fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written • Experience working with children in student care, tuition, or enrichment settings • Patience and nurturing attitude to engage and motivate children • Basic skill of art&craft activities
