Student Development, Well-Being Executive

Make a meaningful impact in shaping a safe and supportive school environment. This role supports student well-being, engagement, and behavioural development through mentoring, programme coordination, and collaboration with school stakeholders. Job Description• Support initiatives that promote a positive, inclusive, and caring school culture • Identify and support students with social, emotional, behavioural, or attendance concerns • Provide guidance and support for students returning from long-term absences • Engage students during school hours to encourage positive behaviour and orderliness • Conduct regular walkabouts and provide informal mentoring to students • Support supervision of students during recess, lunch, and after-school activities • Plan and support life skills programmes focused on resilience, communication, and emotional well-being • Monitor student participation and progress for targeted support programmes • Assist in managing student discipline cases and maintaining proper records • Facilitate restorative conversations and support behavioural improvement efforts • Work closely with parents, teachers, and school leaders to support student development • Provide updates and support for student-related programmes and interventions Requirements• Singaporean Only • Diploma in Student Services, Counselling, Social Work, Youth Work, or related field preferred • At least 2 years of experience in student engagement, youth support, mentoring, or related areas • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Patient, approachable, and able to engage youths effectively • Able to manage sensitive situations professionally and calmly By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
