Student Management Executive (Bedok)

We are looking for a professional with experience in supporting student discipline and after-school support programmes, while helping to create safe, supportive, and conducive learning environments. • $40 per hour • Contract (29 June 2026 to 27 Nov 2027) • Mon - Fri, 8am - 4pm • Bedok Area Responsibilities: • Support student discipline and behaviour management through supervision, incident follow-up, and restorative practices. • Provide in-class and operational support to staff in managing students with behavioural or high-needs concerns. • Maintain student management records, track cases, analyse trends, and prepare reports for follow-up and decision-making. • Plan and facilitate after-school programmes that support students’ behavioural, social-emotional, and personal development. • Work closely with school staff and the School Counsellor to coordinate interventions, engage parents where needed, and strengthen student support systems. Requirements: • Possesses minimum a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of experience in managing students' behavioural concerns and providing targeted interventions. • Independent individual with excellent interpersonal skills.
