Student Management Pastoral Care Officer

Scope of Services The Services required are set out as follows: 1.  Student Engagement & Development • Design and deliver structured programmes to equip identified students with skills to regulate emotions and behaviour • Provide individual and small-group mentoring sessions • Build trusting relationships with students to support personal growth 2.  Behaviour & Emotional Support • Identify triggers and develop appropriate intervention strategies • Reinforce positive behaviour through coaching and modelling • Support students in applying strategies in classroom and school settings 3.   Collaboration with School Staff • Work closely with teachers, Year Heads, Student Management Key Personnel and school leaders to align the support plans for students • Provide feedback on student progress and behavioural trends • Contribute to case discussions when required 4.   Monitoring & Reporting • Track student progress in discussion with teachers, Year Heads, Student Management Key Personnel using agreed indicators • Provide periodic updates on outcomes and recommendations • Maintain proper documentation of interventions and sessions Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience: • Relevant qualifications in counselling, psychology, education, social work or case work • Experience working with primary school students, especially in the areas of student well-being, pastoral care or behavioural support programmes • Strong interpersonal, communication and mentoring skills
