About the RoleWe are looking for a committed and detail-oriented individual to support our training operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is keen to gain hands-on experience in training coordination and administrative operations. Key Responsibilities • Liaise with learners, trainers, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery • Provide support to learners and corporate clients via phone, email, and walk-ins • Ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities • Assist in classroom facilitation and coordination • Prepare training/course materials • Perform administrative duties (attendance tracking, evaluations, document filing, etc.) • Monitor and schedule training programmes to ensure compliance requirements are met • Support continuous improvement initiatives and training-related projects Requirements • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
