SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay Lead 12 months contract Key Responsibilities • Compensation & Variable Pay Solution Design Lead the design and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules across multiple instances. • Define global compensation templates, plans, and workflows while accommodating regional and legal entity variations including documented region-specific plan variations (proration logic, payout calendars, plan suspension/redesign scenarios). • Translate compensation strategy and business rules into scalable, configurable solutions. • Design and implement salary planning, bonus programs, and merit-based pay structures; assess and document SF capability boundaries for executive compensation and LTI, and define integration/handoff requirements for external LTI/shares vendors. Key Requirements Experience 8+ years in HR technology with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay Proven experience as a Compensation Lead or Senior Consultant on large-scale, global HR transformation programs
