InterSystems HL7 FHIR implementation - HealthShare Architect

HealthShare Architect 12 months contract, renewable Fully Onsite, Singapore • The HealthShare Architect is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic vision, design, and governance of the organisation’s Health Information Exchange (HIE) and interoperability platform built on InterSystems HealthShare and IRIS for Health. • The role ensures the architecture is scalable, secure, and compliant with healthcare regulations and industry mandates (e.g., HIPAA and HL7 FHIR), while aligning with broader enterprise IT strategy and enabling reliable clinical data exchange across internal systems and external partners. • Define and own the technical roadmap and future-state architecture for the InterSystems HealthShare platform, including on-premise, cloud, and hybrid deployment models and integration patterns. • Lead the design and implementation of large-scale, complex clinical data integrations and workflows using InterSystems IRIS for Health/HealthConnect, with a focus on high availability, resilience, and performance. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS • 10+ years of progressive experience in Healthcare IT, with at least 5 years specialising in architecting solutions using InterSystems HealthShare (or Ensemble/Cache9). • Deep, demonstrable expertise across the InterSystems technology stack including HealthShare, IRIS for Health/HealthConnect, and Cache9 ObjectScript. • Expert-level knowledge of interoperability standards including HL7 v2, CDA/CCDA, IHE profiles, and comprehensive HL7 FHIR implementation. • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related technical field. • InterSystems Certified Architect or other relevant high-level InterSystems certifications (preferred). • Relevant cloud certification (AWS/Azure/GCP) is an advantage.
