About this role
About the CompanyWe are a premium global enterprise solutions and HR technology transformation partner embedded within hyper-scale multinational corporations, complex joint ventures, and global enterprise clusters. By combining advanced middleware engineering, high-throughput reporting architecture, and rigorous data governance, we build secure, real-time integration networks that power intelligent HR operations. We focus on structural interface integrity, automated release pipelines, and cultivating top-tier senior technical advisory talent in Singapore. About the JobWe are seeking an experienced, elite-level SuccessFactors Integration & Reporting Lead to drive the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of core integration and reporting solutions across a complex multi-instance global enterprise. In this high-impact position, you will act as the master technical authority owning the interface landscape, system-to-system connectivity, and global reporting engine. This role requires a rare dual competency. On the integration side, you will architect secure, real-time data pipelines across a fragmented global landscape using SAP CPI / BTP Integration Suite. On the reporting side, you will define the global data aggregation strategy using SuccessFactors Story Reports, building a unified, multi-instance cross-cluster reporting framework. Your mission is to ensure seamless data exchange, implement bulletproof master data reconciliation models, and establish a mathematically sound data foundation optimized for advanced people analytics and emerging AI ecosystems. Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal Integration Architecture & CPI Engineering • Landscape Orchestration: Define and govern the overarching integration strategy across multiple SuccessFactors instances, maintaining the global enterprise interface register. • End-to-End Design: Design and deploy robust inbound/outbound integration patterns spanning global environments (Active Directory, SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow ITSM, SAP Concur) and critical regional endpoints (Singapore: Darwin, ePfile, Visier, Integrum; US: UKG/Kronos, MyTime, Paylocity, ADP, Microsoft Dynamics). • Middleware Execution: Lead the hands-on building, testing, monitoring, and error-handling configuration of intricate integration flows within the SAP CPI / BTP Integration Suite. • Interface Specifications: Author elite-grade technical interface documentation, covering data mapping matrix schemas, dynamic transformation logic, MDF object hooks, event-driven triggers, and automated retry procedures. Reporting Architecture & Multi-Instance Data Consolidation • Reporting Standardization: Establish SAP SuccessFactors Story Reports as the absolute corporate reporting standard, driving data visualization across all core modules (EC, Compensation, PMGM, Recruiting, LMS, Succession). • Cross-Instance Aggregation: Architect a scalable cross-instance data consolidation model to aggregate fragmented records, enabling seamless global executive reporting and macro workforce dashboards. • Metadata Governance: Enforce complete reporting data model consistency across instances, ensuring synchronized definitions for foundation objects, custom fields, and corporate job frameworks. Master Data Reconciliation, Quality Gates & Governance • Source-of-Truth Hierarchy: Own the master data reconciliation model between SuccessFactors and downstream enterprise systems, establishing strict data-source hierarchies and resolving multi-instance conflicts. • Data Integrity Gates: Define and enforce rigid data quality thresholds, validation criteria, sign-off authorities, and escalation paths before analytics outputs are released to senior business leaders. • Governance Forum Leadership: Spearhead the global reporting integrity governance forum, bringing together HR, Finance, and IT data owners to align on data definitions and compliance standards. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management • Workstream Coordination: Lead, mentor, and align onshore (Singapore) and offshore development teams of integration engineers and report developers. • Technical Consulting: Drive structural design reviews and technical discovery workshops alongside senior HR, Finance, and IT leaders to translate functional requirements into high-performance solutions. Skills & Experience RequiredMust-Have Skills (Mandatory for Skills Matching) • SuccessFactors Integration Expertise: Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying integrations and reporting infrastructures within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem. • SAP CPI / BTP Specialist: Proven hands-on track record building technical integration flows, mapping payloads, and managing error triage within SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) or BTP Suite. • Cross-Module Data Schema Mastery: Deep, functional comprehension of SuccessFactors data structures across all modules, including Employee Central (EC) foundation objects, Metadata Framework (MDF) extensions, and system event triggers. • Advanced Story Reports Engineering: Direct experience building multi-module dashboards and analytics pipelines using the SuccessFactors Story Reports (People Analytics) toolset. • Workforce Management Ingestion: Practical working knowledge of UKG / Kronos integration patterns, including employee synchronization and workforce management data flows. Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred Differentiators) • Official SAP SuccessFactors Integration or Reporting certifications. • Exposure to downstream enterprise data warehousing architectures, data lakes, or big data visualization tools. • Familiarity with event-driven integration architectures, REST/SOAP API security protocols, and data readiness formatting required to feed downstream Large Language Models (LLMs). Qualifications & Engagement Terms • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or an equivalent technical discipline. • Superb consultative communication and technical writing skills, with a proven ability to manage complex dependencies across matrixed delivery teams. • Work Arrangement: Fully onsite execution in Singapore. • Eligibility: Open to local applicants and Employment Pass (EP) candidates.
