Supply / Material Planner (1 year Contract | $5200) #HJO

Job Responsibilities: • Ensure timely supply of materials to meet production requirements • Execute planning activities based on forecasts and system-generated reports • Monitor supplier delivery schedules and follow up to ensure commitments are met • Expedite deliveries and resolve material shortages when required • Handle supplier-related issues including quality concerns, returns, and discrepancies • Ensure accuracy of data and maintain proper documentation in systems • Monitor inventory levels and support efforts to optimise stock holding • Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth supply chain operations • Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field • Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing, planning, or supply chain operations • Experience in manufacturing environment preferred • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities Interested candidates are invited to email your resume to: jen.ooi@recruitexpress.com.sg Jenalyn Ooi Huai Sian (R1765551) Recruit Express Pte Ltd | Company Reg.
