About this role
Role Summary Provide L1/L2 production support for front‑office systems covering portfolio management, order and execution workflows, trading processes, investment operations, and research tools. Key Responsibilities • Production Monitoring Monitor system health, performance, and alerts using dashboards and monitoring tools. • Incident Management Respond to production issues, perform initial troubleshooting, escalate when needed, and document resolutions. • Change Management Support deployments, upgrades, and patches while ensuring minimal disruption to production. • User Support Handle user queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely assistance to stakeholders. • Vendor Coordination Work with external vendors to resolve product‑related issues and track progress. • Issue Investigation Analyse recurring or complex issues and collaborate with infrastructure, data, and application teams for fixes. • System Resiliency Support failover testing, backup checks, and disaster recovery activities. • Documentation Maintain run books, support guides, configuration details, and incident logs. • Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve processes, monitoring, and automation..
