Project Manager We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the operational delivery of public sector digital services and mobile applications managed through outsourced vendors. The role requires strong cybersecurity knowledge, hands‑on vendor management, and financial management to ensure secure, compliant, and cost‑effective service operations. Key Responsibilities • Manage IT projects, system enhancements, and daily operations with vendors. • Lead incident response, ensuring timely resolution and SLA compliance. • Oversee security assessments, vulnerability testing, and adherence to government security standards. • Monitor vendor performance, access controls, and contract lifecycle activities. • Track budgets, validate invoices, and support financial reporting. • Support audits, maintain compliance documentation, and follow up on corrective actions. Requirements • Degree or diploma in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field. • At least 8 years of experience, including 5 years supporting internet‑facing applications. • Government project experience and familiarity with compliance frameworks preferred. • Strong vendor management, security awareness, and financial tracking skills.
