Job Summary Support and maintain critical customer IT backend systems through administration, operational tasks, defect management, network services, and system health monitoring to ensure smooth and reliable system performance. Responsibilities • Operate 12-hour shifts to deliver continuous support and maintenance for customer IT backend systems • Perform system administration tasks to maintain system stability and ensure high availability • Execute daily operational activities to sustain system functionality and optimize performance • Conduct scheduled maintenance tasks to uphold system reliability and prevent failures • Identify, manage, and resolve system defects promptly to minimize downtime and service interruptions • Provide network management services to preserve network integrity and ensure consistent connectivity • Monitor system and network health using Solarwinds to proactively detect and address potential issues • Assist customers during exercise support to facilitate smooth operation and testing processes • Support customers during system audits by supplying required information and assistance Preferred competencies and qualifications • Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or equivalent • At least 2 years of relevant experience in system administration or server maintenance roles • Proficient in system monitoring, system configuration, network systems, and system backup procedures • Experience troubleshooting backend servers • Hands-on experience with hardware installation and deployment • Knowledge or experience with Windows, Unix, Redhat, SQL, Cisco Networking, SAN Storage, VMware, Firewall, and Solarwinds Other Information • Note1: Successful applicants will receive on-the-job training to familiarize with the systems and support processes. • Note2: Potential applicants who do not meet all qualifications may still apply.
