System Engineer - Intern

Key Responsibilities Assist in project coordination, documentation, and preparation of technical materials Support testing, setup, and troubleshooting activities for robotics, automation, and biometric devices Help collect and analyse system performance data, logs, and test results Participate in inspections, basic preventive maintenance, and configuration tasks under supervision Conduct research on emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitor solutions Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and user guides Support user acceptance testing (UAT), onsite deployments, and demonstrations when required Perform administrative and operational tasks to assist the project and engineering teams Requirements • Current student or graduate in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related fields • Interest in robotics, automation, biometrics, access control, or AI-driven technologies • Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn hands-on technical work • Comfortable with data entry, documentation, and basic analytical tasks • Strong communication and teamwork abilities • Familiarity with Microsoft Office; basic technical knowledge is a plus • Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-growing tech environment What You Will Gain • Practical exposure to robotics, access control systems, biometric technologies, and automation solutions • Hands-on experience supporting live projects and real deployment environments • Mentorship from engineers, project leads, and technical specialists • Understanding of end-to-end solution delivery — from testing to deployment • Opportunity to contribute to innovative, high-impact security technologies
