This position requires a proactive professional capable of managing complex server environments, big data clusters, and containerized applications while maintaining a deep understanding of internal maintenance processes. • Server & System Care: Handle daily maintenance, proactive monitoring, and troubleshooting of servers and applications to ensure 24/7 reliability. • Linux Optimization: Manage and optimize Linux systems, performing deep log analysis and implementing basic security hardening measures. • Database Management: Maintain and operate a variety of databases, including MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis. • Container Orchestration: Deploy, manage, and configure Kubernetes clusters and related resource objects to support microservices architecture. • Big Data Infrastructure: Install and maintain essential Hadoop ecosystem components such as HDFS, HBase, Hive, and YARN. • Middleware Support: Deploy and maintain critical middleware services including Kafka, Elasticsearch, Zookeeper, and Nginx. • Efficiency & Documentation: Write comprehensive technical documentation and automation scripts to drive operational efficiency. skills and experience required• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in system operations or a related technical role. • System Mastery: Strong proficiency in Linux administration and a solid grasp of networking fundamentals. • Database Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis environments. • Cloud & Containerization: Proficient with Kubernetes, with a clear understanding of key resource objects and configurations. • Big Data & Middleware: Familiarity with maintaining Hadoop components and experience with Kafka, Elasticsearch, Zookeeper, and Nginx. • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the technical requirements of IoT and microservices, with the ability to quickly learn and understand internal business products. • Communication: Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility. • Language Requirement: Proficiency in Chinese is mandatory; you must be able to communicate fluently in Chinese and understand technical Chinese documentation.
