Job Summary You will be supporting a well-established client in the public and financial sector. You will be responsible for analyzing business and system needs, managing stakeholder communication, supporting technical documentation, and driving process and system improvements throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities • Manage conflicts, issues, and changes to ensure stakeholders and project teams remain aligned on solution scope, while communicating and managing expectations. • Prepare end-user documentation such as training manuals, user manuals, and business process flows for system operations and maintenance. • Assist in documenting technical designs, specifications, and technical solutions. • Maintain document repositories and support project documentation activities. • Perform qualitative, quantitative, and root-cause analysis. • Facilitate discussions and workshops to gather, manage, and prioritize business requirements. • Investigate problem areas and recommend appropriate solutions. • Improve operations through systems analysis and recommendations on policy and process improvements. • Collect, analyze, and summarize development and service-related issues to provide insights and recommendations. • Document and demonstrate solutions using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear documentation. Requirements • Bacehlor's Degree / Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent • Strong understanding of computer systems and hardware limitations that may impact software design. • Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations. • Knowledge in one of the following areas will be added advantage, Agile Methodology, Business Process Reengineering, Customer Relationship Management, Data Analytics, ERP, Digital and Mobile Technologies, Knowledge Management. • Knowledge of Singapore Government procurement and governance processes will be an added advantage. • Knowledge of design thinking and workshop facilitation will be an added advantage.
