Role Overview The Systems Manager leads and maintains the organisation’s digital ecosystem, ensuring reliable operations, strong governance, and continuous digital improvement. The role oversees CRM and Microsoft platforms, driving efficiency, data integrity, and user adoption, while promoting innovation through automation and AI. Key Responsibilities • Ensure stable operations with high uptime and compliance. • Lead cloud transformation and enhance scalability. • Strengthen CRM and Microsoft usage to improve collaboration and productivity. • Deploy automation and AI to reduce manual processes and improve decision‑making. • Establish governance and ensure data security. • Mentor team and engage stakeholders to align technology with business needs. Success Measures • High system uptime (≥99%) and successful compliance re-certifications. • Completion of key transformation projects on time with minimal disruption. • Increased user adoption and satisfaction with digital tools. • Measurable reductions in manual processes through automation. • Successful launch of AI initiatives with demonstrated productivity gains. • Strengthened data governance and improved data quality. • Positive feedback from centre operations and stakeholders.
