About this role
Job Responsibilities · Assist in the implementation of overseas recruitment policies and follow up on policy implementation details to ensure recruitment processes are conducted in a compliant and efficient manner. · Participate in the management and optimization of global recruitment channels, including channel data sorting, performance analysis, and provide reasonable recommendations in support of the company’s talent strategy. · Undertake end-to-end recruitment execution for relevant departments, including overseas talent sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and supporting communication during the offer process. · Collaborate with the team to organize and archive overseas recruitment-related documents, and support cross-departmental recruitment cooperation. Job Requirements · Bachelor’s degree or above; candidates with overseas recruitment internship experience or campus recruitment experience are preferred. · Strong interpersonal awareness, communication and coordination skills, team-oriented, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment; outgoing personality and proactive learning attitude. · Priority bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to facilitate communication with colleagues in Chinese region. · Able to maintain stable internship attendance.
