Who We Are Looking For & What Role You Will Play Job Summary Supports end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across diverse functions. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Senior Office to support talent acquisition and recruitment operations during a maternity cover period. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, coordinate hiring processes, engage stakeholders, and support workforce planning across both corporate and operational functions. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for full-time, part-time, internship, corporate, and operational positions. • Source, screen, and coordinate candidates through various recruitment channels. • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders. • Support onboarding activities to ensure a positive candidate experience. • Participate in recruitment drives, career fairs, and hiring events. Recruitment Operations • Maintain and update recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and hiring records. • Ensure recruitment processes comply with Singapore employment legislation and company policies. • Prepare recruitment reports and provide updates on hiring progress. • Support manpower planning initiatives and hiring timelines. What Knowledge & Experience We Require From You Qualifications • Minimum Nitec qualification or equivalent. Experience • 1–2 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field. • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruitment are welcome to apply. Skills & Competencies • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Good stakeholder management and coordination abilities. • Knowledge of Singapore employment regulations and recruitment best practices. • Ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously. • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
