Working Hour: • Flexible hours (minimum commitment required) • Includes weekends and public holidays Responsibilities: • Prepare tea and beverages according to company recipes and quality standards. • Provide friendly and efficient customer service. • Take orders and handle cash / POS transactions accurately. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation. • Follow food hygiene and safety regulations at all times. • Answer incoming calls and handle delivery orders accurately and promptly. • Work as a team to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications: • No experience required; training will be provided. • Able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Willing to stand for long hours and perform light physical work. • Positive attitude, responsible, and team-oriented. • Able to communicate in basic English or Chinese to meet the business needs of the company. Bonus: • Prior F&B or customer service experience is an advantage. • Candidates with Food Hygiene Cert will be an added advantage. • Short notice period or can start immediately will be preferred.
