Job Summary Join Yuquan Tea Culture Exchange as a Tea Artisan or Tea Artisan Manager to deliver authentic tea culture experiences, manage store operations, and engage customers with expert tea knowledge and service. Responsibilities • Introduce tea varieties, brewing methods, and tea culture to customers clearly and professionally to enhance their experience • Perform standardized tea service and demonstrate basic tea art to create a high-quality cultural atmosphere • Arrange, clean, maintain, and inventory tea sets and tea products daily to ensure operational readiness • Record daily work activities and complete monthly stocktaking reports accurately • (Manager only) Oversee daily store operations, coordinate team schedules, and drive sales target achievement • Communicate politely and patiently with customers, demonstrating responsibility and professionalism • Learn and apply tea brewing techniques, tea knowledge, and cultural etiquette continuously • Maintain neat and professional personal grooming to represent the company’s image Required competencies and certifications • Mandarin proficiency for accurate communication and service delivery with predominantly Mandarin-speaking customers • Ability to communicate in Chinese as job postings and service require Chinese language skills Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience in food & beverage, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory • Passion for traditional tea culture and a service-oriented attitude Other Information Location 333 North Bridge Road Salary and Benefits • Tea Artisan Manager: Basic + Allowance S$4000 + Performance Bonus (Uncapped) • Full-Time Tea Artisan: Basic + Allowance S$3000 + Sales Commission • Part-Time Tea Artisan (Mid-Shift): Basic + Allowance S$1400 + Sales Commission • Part-Time Tea Artisan (Evening-Shift): Basic + Allowance S$1600 + Sales Commission • Benefits include free staff meals (lunch or dinner depending on shift), CPF contribution, 4 rest days/month, 7 annual leave days, double pay on public holidays Working Hours • Mid-shift (Mon-Fri): 11:30–15:00 • Mid-shift (Sat-Sun): 11:00–15:00 • Evening shift (daily): 17:30–22:00 Apprentice Program • No experience required; full professional tea art training provided • Full-time conversion possible after probation and training • Salary negotiable based on learning progress and performance Application • Contact Mr. Shen at 89611610 with application title: Applied Position + Name • Bring resume and tea certificates (if any) to interview • Complete pre-job training provided for new joiners and apprentices MOM Fair Employment Compliance Statement This role requires Mandarin proficiency and Chinese-language communication due to the nature of serving predominantly Mandarin-speaking customers and delivering accurate tea culture services.
