Job Summary Join Yuquan Tea Culture as a Tea Artisan or Manager to deliver authentic Chinese tea culture experiences, provide professional tea service, and support store operations with training and growth opportunities. Responsibilities • Introduce tea varieties, brewing methods, and tea culture to customers clearly and professionally to enhance their experience • Perform standard tea service and basic tea art demonstrations to create a high-quality tea culture environment • Arrange, clean, maintain, and inventory tea sets and tea products daily to ensure operational readiness • Maintain accurate daily work records and complete monthly stocktaking reports for inventory control • (Manager only) Oversee daily store operations, coordinate team scheduling, and drive sales target achievement • Communicate effectively in Mandarin to explain tea culture and engage with predominantly Mandarin-speaking customers • Demonstrate a service-oriented attitude by being polite, patient, and responsible in customer interactions • Maintain neat and professional personal grooming to uphold the company’s image • Willingly learn tea brewing techniques, tea knowledge, and cultural etiquette through provided training Preferred competencies and qualifications • Experience in food & beverage, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory • Passion for traditional tea culture and willingness to develop tea art skills Other Information Benefits for full-time and manager positions: • Free staff meals • 4 rest days per month • 7 annual leave days • CPF contribution • Double pay on public holidays Benefits for part-time positions: • Free lunch or dinner depending on shift • CPF contribution Working hours: • Mid-shift (Mon-Fri 11:30–15:00; Sat-Sun 11:00–15:00) • Evening shift (Daily 17:30–22:00) Tea Artisan Apprentice program: • No experience required; full professional tea art training provided • Opportunity for full-time conversion after probation and training • Salary negotiable based on learning progress and performance Application Guidelines: • Contact Mr. Shen at 89611610 with application title: Applied Position + Name • Bring resume and tea certificates (if any) to interview • Complete pre-job training provided for new joiners and apprentices MOM Fair Employment Compliance Statement: This role requires Mandarin proficiency and Chinese-language communication to serve predominantly Mandarin-speaking customers and accurately explain Chinese tea culture.
