Technical Delivery Manager

Responsibilities • Participate in end-to-end projects for system implementation of KYC and AI related system integration with other AML systems • Lead pre-project planning activities for technical delivery and contribute to architecture and functional specification, delivery plan, technical design, cost estimation, and resource plan • Communicate complex technical solution to other GTO teams and business users in layman’s terms • Coordinate technical implementation activities across application teams to ensure non-event production cutover and adequate post implementation support • Engage and collaborate with Architects, Security and Development Lead to ensure solution design complies with enterprise design principles, security and control standards • Plan technical deliverables, perform design and development works to meet project’s requirements within schedule • Provide status update related to technical delivery and escalate issues that impacts project schedule on timely basis and propose workarounds/resolutions • Create technical documents for the solutions. Compile timely, comprehensive, and accurate documentation as requested • Work with production support team members to conduct root cause analysis of issues, review new and existing code and/or perform unit testing • Partner with Test Management teams to ensure completion of SIT, UAT, performance / load testing and application security testing with quality result Skills/Requirement • Minimum degree in IT or computer related subject with a recognized university. • More than 12 years of working experiences in IT industry • More than 8 years of experiences in technical project management • At least 8 years of experience / knowledge in Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle, Java • At least 8 years of experience in system and software design and UI/UX design • Preferably experience in implementing or managing KYC/AML project • Exposure to vendor software: Net Reveal, Detica etc. • Experience in Hadoop ecosystem and technologies • Experience in NoSQL database or Big Data • Experience in Control-M, Git, Jenkins, JIRA • Experience in SharePoint and Confluence PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd • EA License No. 01C4394 • EA Registration No. R1551626 (SUJA THERESA FRANCIS) ********************************** This is in partnership with Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd (“e2i”). e2i is the empowering network for workers and employers seeking employment and employability solutions. e2i serves as a bridge between workers and employers, connecting with workers to offer job security through job-matching, career guidance and skills upgrading services, and partnering employers to address their manpower needs through recruitment, training, and job redesign solutions. e2i is a tripartite initiative of the National Trades Union Congress set up to support nation-wide manpower and skills upgrading initiatives.
