About this role
Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end design and development of the portal application. - Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices. - Develop scalable backend services using Python and Django. - Build responsive UI using React and modern front-end frameworks. - Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization. - Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of the application. - Mentor and guide developers and junior team members. - Work closely with DevOps for CI/CD, deployments, and environment setup. Required Skills & Experience: - 12+ years of overall experience in software development. - Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django(backend) and React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS (frontend). - Experience in designing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Strong understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL). - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. - Excellent communication and articulation skills.
