About this role
We’re seeking a Technical Operations Specialist to ensure seamless product and hardware support by managing issue triage, coordinating workshop operations, and overseeing hardware inventory. This role drives operational efficiency through stakeholder collaboration, supports UAT for new features, and translates field insights into actionable feedback for product improvements. Key Responsibilities: • Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders on hardware and product-related concerns. • Examine and validate issues reported by drivers, then provide clear recommendations for resolution. • Escalate high-priority problems to Product Operations and Tech teams, ensuring seamless handoff for root cause analysis. • Coordinate with stakeholders on hardware installation and pre-delivery checks. • Work directly with vehicle workshops to troubleshoot operational challenges and hardware faults. • Maintain a centralized hardware inventory record, while managing replacements and repairs. • Deliver training sessions and conduct audits in workshops on floating stock and installation procedures to ensure compliance and operational continuity. • Monitor and document recurring defects and fault patterns to safeguard fleet health. • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new hardware and product features to guarantee smooth launches. • Track and manage validated issues reported to internal tech teams and external hardware vendors. • Convert operational insights from the field into actionable feedback for product development. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. • 1–3 years in product support, hardware troubleshooting, or technical operations. • Skilled in hardware inventory systems and issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Zendesk) • Capable of spotting recurring issues or batch failures through data analysis. • Adept at bridging non-technical field operators with engineering teams. • Comfortable working across both office settings and vehicle workshop environments.
