Technical Sales Coordinator – Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Sales Coordinator with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support sales operations and achieve business goals. Key Responsibilities• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and follow up on quotations to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction. • Prepare, process, and maintain sales quotations, purchase orders, and related sales documentation accurately and efficiently. • Coordinate closely with internal departments such as logistics, procurement, operations, and engineering to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery. • Support the sales team in tracking orders, project progress, and customer requirements. • Assist Technical Sales personnel in cost estimation and evaluation of engineering systems and solutions. • Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing professional sales and technical support. • Ensure all documentation and records are updated and properly organized. • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales coordination processes and customer service standards. Requirements• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Technical Sales Coordination or Sales Support role. • Basic technical knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, or Audio-Visual (AV) industries. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and sales documentation processes. • A team player with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
